Applications close this Friday 27 September for the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN) World Parks Congress 2014 field trips.
World Parks Congress delegates will have the opportunity to participate in field trips throughout Australia, immediately before or after the Congress on 12-19 November 2014.
IUCN are seeking the expertise of Australia’s inspiring protected area professionals in the development of these field trips. If you are working on proven solutions or have developed innovative partnerships to address a conservation challenge, and want to share your knowledge with a global audience, we encourage you to apply to lead a field trip.
The World Parks Congress Field Trips are learning opportunities that will showcase Australia’s inspiring places, inspiring people and inspiring solutions. Delegates should depart the field trip with new ideas, skills and knowledge.
With over 3000 delegates representing 160 countries attending this global event, this is a great opportunity to share your skills and knowledge with people from around the world.
